Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the role will collaborate with senior leaders to resolve workplace matters with professionalism and commercial rigour. You will act as SME for investigations, grievances, performance concerns, misconduct and wellbeing initiatives, while guiding proactive strategies to strengthen culture and workforce capability.
