South West Hospital and Health Service is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to work across Mt Gravatt, Meadowbrook and Eight Mile Plains in a casual capacity, delivering advanced care for patients with minor injuries and illnesses.

You will provide autonomous and cooperative advanced practice across minor injury, illness and primary health care, with opportunities to lead nurse-led clinics, coordinate care and contribute to service improvement within our dynamic teams.
