Duxton Hotel in Perth is seeking a qualified Chef to join the growing Kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist with quality control, mise-en-place, and stock preparations to meet high hospitality standards.

The successful candidate will hold culinary qualifications, work well under pressure within a large team, and maintain OH&S; and food hygiene standards. Weekend and night hours are required in a dynamic 5-star environment.
