Gage Roads Freo is seeking an experienced Head Pizza Chef to lead our pizza section in a high-volume Fremantle venue. You will set dough standards, oversee the wood-fired oven, and manage stock, wastage, and costing while training and directing the pizza team.

You will work closely with the Head Chef on menu development and maintain a solid kitchen culture, ensuring consistency and quality during busy service.
