Kingpin Bondi is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to lead the kitchen at our current Bondi Junction venue launching November 2026. Reporting to the Head Chef, you’ll drive service quality, mentor the brigade and ensure outstanding guest experiences.
This role offers the chance to work with premium equipment including a Josper Grill and pizza oven, manage high-volume service and contribute to menu execution and cost control while growing your leadership skills within a dynamic entertainment brand.
