The Role

Working closely alongside an experienced Property Management team, your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting ingoing and routine inspections
- Assisting Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks
- Monitoring and managing the Property Management accounts inbox
- Answering incoming office calls and assisting with enquiries
- Liaising professionally with tenants, landlords and internal stakeholders
- Providing general administrative and operational support to the Property Management team
- Assisting across the department as required

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold a Class 2 Real Estate Licence
- Have previous experience within real estate/property management
- Be immaculately presented with excellent communication skills
- Have strong organisation and time-management skills
- Be confident dealing with clients in a premium property environment
- Have experience with PropertyMe, with Inspection Manager and FLK It Over experience highly regarded
- Be proactive, professional and eager to continue developing your property management career
- Be available for occasional Saturdays when required
