BPA Early Learning is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Coordinator (2IC) and Educational Leader to join the Sunshine-based Alexandra Avenue Children's Centre and Kindergarten on a full time ongoing basis.

The Educational Leader will guide curriculum design, mentor educators, support the leadership team, and ensure VEYLDF and NQF alignment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality learning for children.
