Anglicare NT is seeking a Youth Diversion Case Manager to support young people aged 10–17 at risk of offending. You will deliver intensive case management, advocacy, outreach and group work in a trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally safe framework.

This 12-month, full-time role includes five weeks annual leave, salary packaging options and access to ongoing career development within a supportive team.
