NRW Civil & Mining is seeking dedicated operators for the Castle Hill site in Western Australia. Work involves operating heavy equipment including a 250T excavator, WA360 loader and 16M grader, with flexibility to run trucks when needed.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of mining experience, hold an Australian manual driver’s licence, and a current police clearance. NRW offers a supportive, safety-first environment with strong perks.
