Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Australia to oversee daily operations, sales and stock management in a high-volume department. You will lead a team of 20+ colleagues, train staff, and partner with other managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring safety and compliance.
You will be responsible for rostering, performance coaching, and ensuring the department showcases our widest range and best prices. Weekend rosters and some public holidays apply.
