About the Business

Our client is a specialist property and commercial finance advisory firm based in Brisbane, helping developers and investors secure debt and capital solutions across construction finance, land acquisition, private credit and more.

The business is investing in a more sophisticated, content-led approach to marketing, and this role is central to that: building an in-house video capability from the ground up.

About the Role

As Videographer / Video Content Producer, you'll own the full video production process from end to end, filming, directing, interviewing, editing, colour grading, motion graphics and repurposing. You'll turn the business's expertise into content that builds real trust with property developers and sparks genuine conversations, not just views.

You'll work closely with the Founder and Directors, who bring the industry knowledge. You bring the storytelling and production craft. No development finance background is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Produce thought-leadership content, filming directors and advisers talking through the real issues developers face
- Capture onsite case studies at real developments the business has financed, told as commercial stories
- Film client and industry interviews, including testimonials,



referral partner content and lender conversations
- Create short-form and paid social content, reels, LinkedIn clips and paid ad creative pulled from every shoot
- Manage full post-production: editing, colour grading, sound, motion graphics, captions and formatting for multiple platforms
- Think in repurposing, turning one shoot into multiple pieces of content

What We're Looking For

- A strong video creator and editor who can put executives and clients at ease on camera
- A genuine repurposing mindset, one shoot becomes ten pieces of content
- Comfortable working autonomously, taking a brief and running with it
- Experience with B2B, corporate, property or professional services content is a plus, but not essential
- Strong storytelling instinct, more key than a flashy production reel
