Fitness Cartel Cairns is opening a brand-recent club and seeking an experienced Personal Training Manager to build and lead the PT department from the ground up. You will recruit, coach and develop trainers while driving the commercial performance of the department.

You will spend ~80% of your time on recruitment, mentoring and development, with remaining focus on performance management, business planning and working with club leadership.
