First Choice Care is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to transition into Clinical Facilitation, guiding nursing students during Gold Coast clinical placements. You’ll mentor, role-model and assess students to translate classroom learning into safe practice.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years RN experience, unrestricted AHPRA registration, and a Bachelor of Nursing. Casual hours with block placements of up to 4 weeks are available, plus opportunities for skilled mentorship.
