Panorama Clinics

Melbourne

Panorama Clinics is a growing allied health practice based in Melbourne, currently providing Occupational Therapy services to children and adults.

We are focused on delivering practical, person-centred support that reflects each client’s individual needs, goals and circumstances. Our clinicians work closely with families, carers, schools, support coordinators and other professionals to provide coordinated and meaningful care.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our allied health team and introduce Speech Pathology services. We provide our clinicians with strong administrative support, established systems and flexibility so they can spend more of their time focused on their clients.

Role Description

We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join Panorama Clinics on a flexible part-time or subcontracting basis.

The role can include a combination of telehealth, clinic-based and community services , depending on the clinician’s availability and preferences. We are also open to clinicians who are primarily interested in providing telehealth services.

You will work with clients requiring support across speech, language, communication and related functional needs. Depending on your experience and scope of practice, this may include assessments, individual therapy, parent or carer education, report writing and collaboration with other professionals involved in the client’s care.

Panorama Clinics will provide administrative support, practice management systems and clinical resources , allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality clinical services rather than managing the administrative side of practice.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete Speech Pathology assessments and develop individualised therapy plans

- Deliver evidence-based therapy through telehealth, clinic or community settings
- Support clients with speech, language and communication needs
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions according to client needs and goals

- Prepare clinical reports and recommendations where required
- Maintain clear and accurate clinical documentation

About You

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable and comfortable working with a level of independence while still being part of a supportive team.

You will ideally have:

- A recognised tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Strong assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence working with clients and families
- Strong clinical documentation and report-writing skills
- Ability to provide services via telehealth
- Good organisational and digital skills
- A collaborative and person-centred approach
- NDIS experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with paediatric clients is highly regarded

What We Offer

We understand that clinicians value flexibility and the ability to focus on their clinical work. Panorama Clinics offers a supportive environment with adaptable working arrangements, telehealth opportunities, administrative support, established systems and resources , with the opportunity to grow your caseload at a pace that works for you.

- We are open to discussing arrangements that suit the right clinician, including part-time and subcontractor opportunities .
