ColCap employs over 400 staff located in Australia, UK, the Philippines, and Malaysia with its Head Office in Sydney.

Granite Home Loans is the Broker distribution brand for ColCap. We are currently offering products to over 12 aggregators, totalling a huge 15,000 broker base. The successful candidate will be responsible for educating and assisting these brokers with Granite products and how to write loans with us. They will be supported by a desk bound broker support team that will assist once the application is submitted.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for:

- Managing the business relationship with our state based Aggregator partners and their respective BDMs and broker networks;
- Active business development to growGranite's settlement volume and footprint across all Aggregator partners through attending face to face meetings, attending Aggregator and Industry functions, proactively seeking out opportunities within the existing network and fleshing out new opportunities; and
- Interacting professionally with other departments including Broker Support,



Credit and Settlements to ensure that customer service standards and SLA's are met or exceeded by themselves and their team members.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience working for a Non-Bank Financial Institution (NBFI) OR junior role within the finance industry OR other sales/customer service home loan industry experience;
- The candidate must be robust and capable of dealing within an entrepreneurial and fast-growing business;2+ Years mortgage industry experience OR the finance industry in general with a desire to move in a business development role within mortgages;
- Confident presenting to groups of all sizes with ability to converse with people of all backgrounds and management levels;
- Strong customer service and business relationship management skills;
- Strong commercial and business acumen;
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed;
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities;
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and collaborate effectively with teams;
- MUST have drivers licence and own car
