Change Managers + Change Analysts (Transformation Program)
TTI is partnering with an ambitious Consulting business to locate Change Managers and Change Analysts who have supported large transformation programs . These do not need to be senior, solid delivery experience and a valuable attitude matter most.
Utilities experience is strongly preferred (energy, water, regulated environments), but strong transformation experience in similar complex organisations will also be considered.
Looking for experience in areas like
- Change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping
- Communications and engagement planning
- Training needs analysis and rollout support
- Business readiness, cutover and go-live support
- Supporting change leads on large programs (PMO, delivery teams, vendors)
