Metrea is expanding its Australia team as part of a deliberate Asia-Pacific growth plan. The Talent Partner – Workforce Programs & Pipelines will build and convert pipelines to support our aviation workforce across Australia and APAC, focusing on pilots, aircrew and related roles.
You will forge partnerships with veterans, Indigenous communities, Defence transition programs and education providers to secure critical talent.
