Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking an experienced Child and Family Health Nurse to join the CYFH CNC2 team. You will provide advanced clinical leadership for children aged 0–11 with complex vulnerabilities and work with families to develop tailored care plans. Responsibilities include education, research, and service improvement within NSLHD.
Role is permanent part time, 32 hours per week, based at Macquarie Hospital, with immunisation and NSW Health policies required.
