The Commons in NSW invites a highly skilled Head Chef to lead our kitchen team operating a small production and in office café, restaurant and bar at Martin Place. You will work closely with the Group Executive Chef to ensure smooth operation and uphold our culinary vision.
You will oversee all food production, menu development, cost management, stock control, and WHS compliance, while mentoring staff and driving high performance in a demanding, high-volume environment across NSW CBD sites.
