What you'll do

- Handle inbound enquiries and answer the tough questions honestly, like "What's the catch?"
- Qualify leads, validate bills and guide customers into an accepted trial




- Manage your sales pipeline end to end, following up and re-engaging stalled leads
- Share weekly customer insight with our Growth and Product teams
- Represent NRN at occasional pop-ups and community events

What you'll bring

- 5+ years in phone-based or consultative sales
- Proven success against targets across multiple organisations
- Strong pipeline management at high volume
- Confidence using Salesforce or similar sales pipeline and CRM platforms
- Bonus: experience in energy, solar, telco, insurance or finance, or fluency in Mandarin
- Honest and transparent
- A curious listener who asks before pitching
- Empathetic with households making a big decision
- Resilient and self-motivated
- Adaptable in a fast-moving startup
