A highly successful North Shore Selling Principal is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support a busy, high end sales business.

Selling 50 to 60 properties a year, this agent works with a prestige clientele, and you'll be the right hand that keeps every campaign, client and calendar running seamlessly.

The Role

- Provide full executive support to a high performing Selling Principal
- Manage campaigns from listing through to settlement, including marketing, contracts and vendor reporting
- Coordinate open homes, private inspections and auction days
- Manage the principal's diary, communications and priorities
- Maintain the CRM, buyer database and follow ups
- Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and suppliers with polish and discretion
- Deliver an exceptional, premium level of service to every client

What You Bring

- Current NSW Real Estate Licence (essential)
- Proven experience as an EA or PA within real estate sales (essential)
- Current driver's licence and your own reliable car (essential)
- Experience supporting agents in a high end or prestige market highly regarded
- Knowledge of the North Shore market and living nearby highly preferred
- Outstanding organisation, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a professional presence

What's On Offer

- $80,000 to $120,000 package, based on experience
