This is a great opportunity to step into a Principal Injury Management Consultant role combining clinical expertise with genuine leadership responsibility. You’ll manage your own rehabilitation caseload while leading, coaching and developing other consultants. With a mix of approximately 70–75% clinical work and 25–30% leadership, this is an ideal next step for an experienced rehab qualified wanting greater influence while remaining connected to casework.

About the Role

- Lead, coach and develop a team of occupational rehabilitation consultants
- Manage a predominantly WorkCover Queensland caseload, including complex physical and psychological claims
- Provide senior clinical guidance and develop effective RTW strategies
- Mentor consultants and support onboarding, competency and professional development
- Build strong relationships with employers, insurers and treating professionals
- Drive quality, team performance and continuous improvement

What You Will Need

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy or another relevant allied health discipline
- Appropriate professional registration or accreditation relevant to your discipline
- Demonstrated experience in leadership, coaching, supervision or mentoring other consultants
- Strong occupational rehabilitation and return-to-work experience
- Current Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
