Flourish Australia invites applications for an NDIS Mental Health Officer based in Concord, Sydney, with travel across the Sydney Local Health District. This closed-term full time role runs until 30 June 2027, with Monday–Friday work hours and a salary of $107,800 per annum plus super and salary packaging.

The officer will identify NDIS-eligible individuals, assist access to supports, and work across all stages of the NDIS journey while enhancing staff capability within LHD mental health
