Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a People Partner to support the Mining Division on a 12-month parental leave cover. You will partner with senior and operational leaders to deliver pragmatic HR, IR and capability advice, while shaping workforce planning and performance outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will embed best-practice frameworks, drive employee experience improvements, and balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR delivery across a blue-collar workforce.
