Heidelberg Materials in Adelaide is seeking a Concrete Plant Supervisor to lead a high-output operation at the Waterloo Corner precast project. You will manage batching, loading equipment, safety culture, and cross-team coordination with the Project Manager to meet daily targets.

This role requires a robust emphasis on plant performance, maintenance oversight, and stakeholder engagement, with 12-hour shifts (day/night) on a 7/3 or 7/4 rotating roster.
