Brisbane Camperland is looking for an experienced Parts Manager to take ownership of our Parts Department at our busy Tingalpa dealership.

This is a leadership role for someone who already understands parts operations, stock management, supplier relationships and team leadership and is ready to play a key role in the continued success of our dealership.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and performance of our Parts Department .

You'll lead the team, manage inventory and supplier relationships, and work closely with our Service and Workshop teams to ensure the right parts are available when they're needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, coaching and developing the Parts team
- Managing stock levels, purchasing, ordering and inventory control
- Building solid relationships with Jayco and other suppliers
- Working closely with Service and Workshop to support efficient operations
- Monitoring budgets, margins, stock turn and departmental performance
- Managing trade and retail customer enquiries and escalations
- Maintaining high standards of organisation, safety and compliance




- Ensuring effective warehouse, forklift, chemical storage and manual-handling practices

What We're Looking For

Experience is essential.

We're looking for an established Parts Manager who can step into the role and take ownership from day one.

You’ll ideally bring:

- Proven experience managing a Parts Department or senior parts operation
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Excellent knowledge of stock control, purchasing and inventory management
- Experience managing supplier relationships and negotiations
- Strong commercial awareness, including margins, budgets and stock turn
- Dealership management or inventory system experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A current Queensland driver's licence
- Automotive, RV, caravan or marine industry experience is highly desirable

RV industry experience isn't essential — but proven Parts leadership experience is.
