Halter is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for Southern Recent South Wales to lead the sales team remotely in NSW. You will drive end-to-end sales from prospecting to closing, manage quotas and commissions, and mentor junior staff while maintaining strong relationships with farmers across the region.
You will leverage your field experience to expand market presence, optimize forecasting, and guide the team towards achieving ambitious ARR targets within Halter’s SaaS platform.
