Sephora is seeking a Store Manager for the brand-new Hurstville store in NSW. This full-time role (38 hours) reports to the District Manager and leads Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values and empower clients.

You will drive selling culture, develop internal talent, and leverage data for operational decisions, while maintaining an energetic customer-focused store setting with strong KPI performance.
