IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Manager for its two Melbourne hotels. You will lead the Reservations team, drive revenue in line with the Sales & Marketing Plan, and ensure guest satisfaction remains central.

Working with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Rooms Division Manager, you will manage inventory, rate parity, and the hotel’s reservations system to maximise revenue and service levels.
