MSR Talent is assisting a top North Shore real estate practice by recruiting an experienced Executive Assistant. The role supports a Selling Principal and coordinates campaigns from listing to settlement, including marketing, contracts and vendor reporting.

You will manage diaries, enquiries and priorities while maintaining CRM and client follow ups, liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors with discretion to deliver premium service.
