TUI in Sydney is seeking a Port Delivery Agent to oversee in office cruise operations, including shore excursions, transfers, land programs and turnaround services, ensuring high service standards and smooth execution.

You will liaise with cruise lines, suppliers and internal teams, coordinate bookings, handle live operational issues, maintain documentation and support scheduling while upholding Health & Safety and brand guidelines.
