Mercure Brisbane Spring Hill is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will lead daily operations, mentor staff and ensure high standards of food quality and presentation across Parklands Social, hotel operations and events.

This hands-on leadership role requires robust team development, cost awareness and a commitment to food safety and WHS standards, helping evolve our evolving menu and guest experience.
