The Oaks Hotel in Neutral Bay, Sydney, is seeking a Grill Cook (Grillardin) or Line Cook to join a fast-paced pub kitchen. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in grill or line cooking and must have Australian working rights.

We offer Full time and Casual positions on rotating rosters. Responsibilities include cooking to menus and recipes, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and following food safety procedures.
