You will be working across Breakfast and Dinner service in a 4-star hotel, with responsibility for running the a la carte breakfast section as well as Dinner and Banquets. You will prepare ingredients, complete daily prep, and ensure quality and consistency during service while keeping your section organized and clean.
You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, following food safety and kitchen procedures.
