We’re currently looking for an Order Management Officer who loves accuracy, thrives on process and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. This permanent role is based in our modern North Ryde office 5 days per week, with parking onsite and a short walk to the metro.

- Accurately enter and process customer orders into the ERP system across a range of products.
- Processing orders from multiple channels (phone, email, post, ecommerce)
- Coordinate daily mail, deliveries and waste handling, ensuring items are appropriately sorted, distributed and disposed of.
- Review and quality-check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness.




- Coordinate customer callbacks to obtain missing or additional information.
- Liaise with Production, Logistics and Customer Care teams to ensure smooth order processing.
- Responding to clinic queries and amending orders accordingly

What we’re looking for

- Proven experience in a similar order entry or customer service role with high volume processing
- Rapid and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & computer literacy
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Confidence managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A positive “can-do” attitude and willingness to support the team
- Experience with Navision or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Medical device, GMP or similar industry background
- Studies in business administration or customer service
