About the role

We are looking for chefs across all levels seeking casual, part-time or full-time employment. Candidates will have the great opportunity to work in a diverse menu offering and a great environment to increase their experience. If you are organised, on time, reliable and can work autonomously under guidance and direction from our Senior Head Chefs, we have a spot for you.

Experience in Modern Australian and traditional pub fare

A positive attitude and strong work ethic

Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen

Focused and able to follow direction

Excited to work in a fast-paced environment

A passion for learning

Available and willing to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays

Valid Food Handler's Certificate
