We are looking for motivated and hands-on Store Managers to join Auntie Anne’s. You will lead by example, support and develop the store team, and help deliver freshly made products and friendly customer service every day. About You – Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within the fast food, QSR, hospitality or retail industry.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with demonstrated experience in staff training, coaching and performance management.
- Sound understanding of daily store operations, including rostering, inventory control,



cash handling and operational procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage store performance, achieve sales targets and control labour and operating costs.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a hands-on and proactive approach to team leadership.
- Good knowledge of food safety, workplace health and safety requirements and operational compliance.
- Flexibility to work across multiple store locations and provide operational support when required.
