Bradnam’s Windows and Doors have an Opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our South East Qld team located inBoondall.

About the Role

As a key member of our Sales and Customer Service team, you’ll help support our customers and Sales Representatives while keeping orders and enquiries moving smoothly. This is an office based internal sales and customer service role focused on responding to customer enquiries, providing accurate information, preparing documentation and supporting our wider team. You’ll work closely with both internal and external customers, building your product knowledge and developing your sales and customer service skills in a supportive team environment.

The Customer Service Representative will undertake a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

- Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email
- Preparing quotes, orders, forms and customer documentation
- Processing accurate data entry and order information
- Supporting external Sales Representatives with planning, orders and administration
- Coordinating with internal teams to keep orders moving smoothly
- Identifying and resolving order or information issues
- Developing knowledge of Bradnam’s products, systems and building code requirements
- Contributing to improving sales and customer service processes

Monday to Friday | 38 hours per week

Skills & Experience

We will provide you with all the tools and product training required to see you succeed in role and bring the Bradnam’s Difference, therefore prior experience is not mandatory, however;

- You will ideally have previous administration experience in a customer focussed role;
- And approach every task positively while demonstrating a commitment to safe work practices; We value clear communicators who thrive when working as part of a team.
