Madame Wu is a proven popular, busy restaurant at Eagle Street Pier and we pride ourselves on utilising only the best quality produce and boutique suppliers to dictate our menu, based around East Asian cuisine that is well suited to the Queenslandenvironment.

To be considered for these exciting positions, you must possess the following:

Excellent technical knowledge with experience in all cooking techniques and styles

Experience leading staff during service

Ability to maintain high and consistent standards

Excellent organisational skills & grooming standards

Understanding of and the ability to maintain food safety standards and HACCP

Your CV must have professional referees with both email and updated telephone numbers included

Adaptable availability of a 7 day/night roster





At least 3 years of relevant employment experience
