Aristocrat Gaming is seeking a Customer Support Representative to respond to calls and emails from our service line and to create and allocate service jobs to Service Technicians nationwide. You will update Salesforce and monitor field service jobs while providing key metric reports to customers.
You will work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in the Greystanes office and 2 days from home, and you should bring strong customer service experience and a cooperative mindset to a fast-paced team.
