Redpath Partners in Sydney is seeking a Junior Estimator to join the established pre-construction team. You will work alongside senior estimators across tenders, take-offs and pricing, helping prepare trade packages, cost plans and subcontractor quotations.
This permanent role offers exposure to varied projects and a clear path to progress to a full Estimator role. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of construction experience, a related degree, and a solid eye for detail and commercial thinking.
