Blackbird Ventures, LLC seeks a General Counsel to own legal, regulatory, compliance and governance across funds, investments and operations. You will be the senior legal voice reporting to the CEO and leading a Legal & Compliance function as the firm scales globally.

The role requires 10+ years of legal practice in corporate/financial services, fund experience, and cross‑jurisdiction expertise. You will oversee deal docs, governance and regulatory strategy and partner with the leadership team.
