XtraClubs in Current South Wales is seeking an Assistant Club Leader to help run daily operations, develop the team and enhance member experiences. You will lead by example on the club floor, deliver Unwind, Guided and Social Sessions, and ensure cleanliness and smooth systems usage.

The role emphasizes helping teammates grow, onboarding new staff and owning daily tasks when the Club Leader is away while maintaining excellent member service and club culture.
