Cater Care is seeking a Duty Manager for Sydney Domestic Airport’s Mad Mex team. This permanent full time role requires hands-on leadership, strong customer service and RSA/Food Safety Supervisor qualifications, with availability from 5.00am.

Lead daily operations across service, kitchen and retail, train staff, ensure food safety and presentation, and drive a positive team culture while delivering excellent guest experiences.
