Pier Tasmania is seeking passionate chefs to join the opening kitchen team at Elizabeth Street Pier on Hobart's waterfront. The food is produce-driven, celebrating Tasmanian seafood, local growers and small producers through modern Australian cooking with Asian influences.

Ingredients include dry-aged local fish, Southern Rock Lobster, abalone, oysters and seasonal produce. The venue features an open kitchen and Chef's Table, giving chefs the chance to cook directly in front of guests.
