Salary: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum

About the Role

An exciting leadership opportunity is available for a Medical Superintendent & Psychiatrist to provide both strategic clinical leadership and direct patient care within a private mental health service.

This position combines executive and clinical responsibilities, allowing the successful candidate to maintain a patient caseload while overseeing medical governance, service development, clinical quality, and operational leadership.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing medical leadership and professional oversight
- Ensuring high standards of clinical governance and patient care
- Supporting service development and quality initiatives
- Maintaining an active psychiatric caseload
- Working collaboratively with executive, medical, and multidisciplinary teams

This role offers the opportunity to influence service direction while continuing hands‑on clinical practice.
