Varsity is expanding with its first Victoria venue, seeking Sous Chefs and Chef de Parties for our high-volume kitchen. You will prepare and deliver quality food to Varsity standards, work from recipes, and uphold strict food safety and hygiene.
A team player is essential to support the Back of House and drive guest experiences. We look for a Diploma or 2–3 years of relevant kitchen experience and valid working rights for Australia.
