This position starts with a three-month casual period, with the opportunity to move into a salaried role with a competitive salary thereafter. You will specialise in Italian cuisine with a robust focus on the pasta and main course sections.

Key responsibilities

- Managing the pasta or main course sections during service
- Preparing and cooking Italian dishes with consistency and attention to detail
- Organising mise en place to ensure smooth, efficient service
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and stock rotation
- Working closely with the kitchen team

About you

- At least three years of experience as a chef
- Strong experience in Italian cuisine, particularly pasta and main courses
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work efficiently during busy services
- A reliable, professional approach and a team-focused attitude
