Park and co is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to take ownership of evening trade and work alongside the Head Chef. You will be an experienced chef who is creative, organised and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality food and service.
In this role you will oversee and lead the kitchen during evening service, develop menus, mentor junior staff and maintain high standards of food safety and presentation.
