A Good Start to Life is seeking dedicated care support for children and young people aged 0–18 in Cairns. The role focuses on building independence through daily routines, assisting with personal care, meals and morning/evening preparation, and providing a supportive, safe environment.
You will be part of a small, trusted team with a permanent part time roster, offering predictable hours and ongoing relationship-building with each young person and their care team.
